Racoon for his Gallant Conduct whilst on the Jamaica Station in 1803 Particularly in the Attack & Capture on the 14th Octr near Cumberland Harbour of three French National Armed Vessels having on Board 280 Men & 72 Officers, Recorded in the London Gazte 7th Feby 1804
